Prefer to drop off your items at a staffed location? Please see the list of attended centers below.
HOME PICKUPS
Home Pickups are being offered in the following areas: Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bosque Farms, Las Lunas, Belen, Santa Fe, Eldorado, Las Vegas, Los Alamos, White Rock, Las Cruces and Alamogordo areas, depending on availability.
You can call (505) 881-0599 in all areas to talk to us about scheduling a home pick up or schedule online.
For scheduled home pickups, please place all donated items outside the home in the morning of your pickup day, in a location that is easy for our driver to access.
Pickups take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and we are unable to provide a specific pickup time.
For safety and liability reasons, our drivers are unable to enter homes or drive onto private property. To ensure a smooth pickup, items must be accessible from the street or driveway. We are only able to collect items that a single person can safely move and that are in good, usable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that are damaged, incomplete, or unsafe to handle. Our driver will make the final determination on whether items are safe and acceptable to collect at the time of pickup.
